For teams already using AI

Grounded in real workflows

From strategy to implementation

What I do

I deliver AI strategy, responsible AI governance, and practical workshops grounded in how your team actually works. Engagements are platform-agnostic and designed to sharpen your current AI tool stack, evaluate vendors, guide build-vs-buy decisions, shape governance, and build a practical roadmap for implementation.

Who it's for

I work with knowledge-intensive organizations that have already invested in AI but need clearer results from the tools, workflows, and decisions already in motion. I focus on how your team actually operates, then identify where AI can improve quality, speed, judgment, leverage, and responsible adoption.

Focused AI advisory engagements across strategy, governance, and workshops to improve team capability.

AI Strategy

Platform-agnostic AI strategy grounded in your existing tool stack and real workflows: prioritization, sequencing, build-vs-buy decisions, vendor and tool evaluation, implementation planning, and the places AI should stay human-led.

Governance &
Responsible AI

As AI use scales, the risks do too. I offer practical responsible AI governance for teams already using AI: tool approval, responsible use policies, compliance considerations, cost awareness, compute efficiency, human oversight, and safe adoption of increasingly agentic workflows.

Workshops

Focused AI workshops help teams use their existing tools better, identify workflow changes rooted in real use and impact, and build the judgment to evaluate new AI tools, model releases, and automation opportunities as they arrive.

AI strategy and implementation support grounded in real teams.

Healthcare

Delivered a rapid AI strategy engagement for a healthcare content and transformation team. Reviewed the existing AI tool stack, mapped fractured workflows, and conducted stakeholder discovery to surface priorities, pain points, and AI opportunities across planning, knowledge management, and RFP development. Incorporated responsible AI governance, compute efficiency, and agentic workflow considerations, then defined a prototype direction for follow-on implementation.

Private Equity

Delivered an AI strategy engagement for a private equity firm, producing workflow maps, value chain analysis, and AI maturity assessments from extensive stakeholder interviews. Evaluated third-party AI tools against the firm's specific requirements, shaped build-vs-buy recommendations, and conducted competitive and regulatory research, including EU AI Act implications for financial services. The work also developed the starting point for an implementation roadmap and build proposal.

Common questions about AI advisory and strategy engagements.

Who do you work with?

I work with knowledge-intensive teams that have already made AI investments and want clearer results from the tools, workflows, and decisions already in motion. This can include healthcare, finance, publishing, research, creative, and operational teams.

What does an AI strategy engagement include?

Engagements typically include workflow discovery, stakeholder interviews, tool stack review, vendor and build-vs-buy evaluation, governance considerations, and a practical roadmap for implementation. The exact scope depends on the team's current AI maturity and priorities.

Do you recommend specific AI tools?

I am platform-agnostic. I evaluate tools against the work your team actually needs to do, the systems already in place, and the risks, costs, and implementation realities around adoption.

Can you help teams that are already using AI?

Yes. Most teams I work with are already using AI in some form. The work focuses on moving from scattered experimentation to clearer workflows, better judgment, stronger governance, and more sustainable results.

Do you offer workshops?

Yes. Workshops are designed around practical team capability: using existing tools better, identifying high-value workflow changes, and building the judgment to evaluate new tools and model releases over time.

Are engagements project-based or ongoing?

Both. Some organizations need a focused strategy engagement or roadmap. Others benefit from ongoing advisory support as AI tools, models, risks, and implementation priorities continue to evolve.

Book a conversation

Most AI advisory engagements begin with a focused conversation about the tools your team already uses, the work that is slowing down, and where AI strategy, governance, or workflow redesign can make a meaningful difference.
